Who we are

Autovision is a trade name of Hazan Gilad, a sole proprietor (Osek Patur) based in Petah Tikva, Israel ("Autovision", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, including via WhatsApp, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide: name, phone number and business name.
• The content of messages you send us, on WhatsApp or any other channel.
• Basic technical information generated when messages are sent, such as timestamps and delivery status.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
• To send updates and reminders you requested or that relate to the service you receive.
• To improve our services.

We do not send marketing messages on WhatsApp to anyone who has not opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed — including WhatsApp and Meta for message delivery, and the hosting and software services we use. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect it.
